Counter service

Pasir Gudang City Council provides counter services to customers for all payment matters involving the payment of property tax, license, rent, compound and other payments related to Pasir Gudang City Council services. The payment counter is located on Level 1, Aqabah Tower.

The following are the operating hours of the payment counter:

Mobile Counters

Selaku Pihak Berkuasa Tempatan, Majlis Bandaraya Pasir Gudang berperanan dalam membangunkan Pasir Gudang sebagai kawasan perindustrian dan penempatan terpenting di Selatan Semenanjung Malaysia.Majlis Bandaraya Pasir Gudang juga bertanggungjawab mempercepatkan dan mengawal pembangunan Pasir Gudang mengikut piawaian yang ditetapkan

Property Tax is the tax levied on property in Pasir Gudang City Council’s area as follows:-

- Residence (flats, apartment, condominium, terrace, bungalow, shop lots and others)
- Company Business Tax (shops, factories, petrol station, warehouses, hotels, cinemas, workshop, office building and others).
- Vacant Land.
